Vendor accounts

• Email address and password (via Supabase Auth)
• Business name, bio, phone number, and store slug
• Product listings, images, and prices you upload
• Payment subscription status (via Paystack)

Customers (buyers)

• Name and phone number entered at checkout (optional)
• Cart contents submitted as an order

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your vendor account
• To display your storefront to buyers
• To notify you of new orders via email
• To process subscription payments via Paystack
• To improve platform performance and reliability

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Cloudinary — image storage and delivery
• Paystack — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

6. Data Retention

Vendor account data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Order records may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting purposes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies on our database. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered vendors. Continued use of KatLog after changes means you accept the updated policy.
